Qualifications Masters Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Institutional / Organizational Development or related field. PhD highly preferred. Significant experience in collaborating and building capacity of local Partners. Minimum of 10 years experience in managing large OVC programs with significant experience in managing PEPFAR/Global Fund programs required.
