EXPERIENCE: At least eight years of progressively responsible professional experience in Public financial management, budget tracking and budget monitoring and/or programme/project management for an international or bilateral organisation. In-depth Knowledge of the Nigerian budgeting and expenditure system and auditing   requirements, as well as UNODC mandates and objectives is a strong asset Experience at International level and knowledge of the UN system is an asset. Interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain working relations with people in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
